Each solicitor and handbill distributor shall carry with him/her and produce upon the request of any citizen, Village employee, or Village official, the following information and identification:
(a) The permit issued by the Village of Granville pursuant to this chapter;
(b) A copy of the valid state sales tax certificate, if applicable; and
(c) A valid driver's license or other valid, official photo identification.
