150.04 EXPENDITURES FROM GENERAL FUND.

In lieu of purchasing insurance as provided for in Section 150.03 of this Article, the Town may pay for the indemnification as set forth in Section 150.02 of this Article by the expenditure of funds from the Town's General Fund.
