149.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby formed, created and established a Municipal Building Commission to be known as the Granville Building Commission (the “Commission”). In accordance with West Virginia Code Section 8-33-1, et seq. The Commission shall be a public corporation and have perpetual existence.
