(a) There is established a paid Fire Department within the Town of Granville consisting of paid full time firemen as defined by Article 15, Chapter 8 of the West Virginia Code, which said Department shall be supplemented, aided, and assisted by volunteer firemen within said Department in accordance with the rules, regulations and policies of the Town of Granville Fire Department and the West Virginia State Fire Commission of the West Virginia Fire Marshal’s office, as the same are applicable to a combination fire department.
(b) A Firemen’s Civil Service Commission is hereby established with members to be appointed as required by Article 15 of Chapter 8 of the West Virginia Code.
