The provisions of this article shall not apply retroactively; nothing herein shall be construed to mandate the removal or relocation of mobile homes already in place on property within the Town limits but not situated in areas designated as mobile home parks. Provided, further, any move of mobile homes presently in place must be to a mobile home park and not to another residential area not designated as a mobile home park.
