1739.05 PROSECUTION OF VIOLATION.

If the notice of violation is not complied with within ten days of service of the notice and order, the Code Enforcement Officer shall institute the appropriate proceeding at law in the Municipal Court for the unlawful use of the mobile home or house trailer against the person situating or maintaining such mobile home trailer, or the occupant thereof, or both.
