141.02 QUALIFICATIONS OF FIRE CHIEF.

The Fire Chief shall be required to have completed all certifications and training as may be required by the West Virginia State Fire Commission for chief fire officers and shall maintain such certifications and training throughout his or her tenure as Fire Chief.
