1751.09 ABATEMENT OF OCCUPANT NONCOMPLIANCE.
   (a)   If after inspection, the occupant is found in noncompliance with the requirements of this article, the Housing Inspector shall promptly notify the occupant and the operator of the reasons for nonconformance.
 
   (b)   If the occupant does not abate the noncompliance within a time set by the Housing Inspector, the Inspector shall proceed against the occupant under Section 1751.04(e).
 
   (c)   The dwelling unit shall be provided one reinspection by the Housing Inspector to determine whether the noncompliance has been abated. Additional reinspections shall be made at the rate per dwelling unit or sleeping room as per registration fees indicated in Section 1751.05(c)(1) to (3) charged to occupant or complainant.
