A property owner who has failed to comply with this Article shall receive a notice of violation. The notice shall state the nature of the violation and identify the measures necessary to correct the violation. The notice shall also state that there will be no further warnings for subsequent violations, and that subsequent violations shall cause a citation to be issued and penalties to be levied in accordance with Article 1701.99.
