(a) All mobile homes located within the Town shall have underskirting installed.
(b) The term underskirting is defined as a barrier which will extend from the bottom of the mobile home to the ground and shall extend along the outside perimeter of the mobile home. Such barrier shall be sufficient to prevent wind and animals from penetrating the same. The final approval of whether the installed underskirting meets the criteria set forth herein shall be determined by the Code Enforcement Officer.
