The Town of Granville is hereby authorized to participate in the West Virginia State Tax Department’s Municipal Court Income Tax Refund Offset Program. Whenever any person shall fail to pay any court imposed fines or costs, the Town shall make application to the West Virginia State Tax Department to have such fines and/or costs withheld from such person’s income tax refund in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the West Virginia State Tax Department.
