No person shall erect, place or maintain within the Town, any sign or other advertising structure as defined in this article, without first obtaining an erection permit from the Mayor and making payment of the fee required by Section 1733.07. In addition, all sign applications shall comply with all other ordinances of the Town. No permit shall be issued for signs which display words or pictorial presentation which are obscene in nature.
