All infractions, citations and other incident reports issued by a sworn Town officer shall be forwarded to the Municipal Court Clerk within two working days of the date of issuance of the infraction. The Clerk shall lot all infractions including voids and shall monthly reconcile the Court’s logged infractions with those on file with the Police Records Clerk.
