1719.04 UNSAFE BUILDINGS.

The requirements set forth in Section 119.0 of the B.O.C.A. Code and Section PM-110 of the B.O.C.A. National Property Maintenance Code shall be the standards utilized by the Town in determining whether a building or structure is unsafe.
