Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this article, or fails to take the corrective action required by Town Officials so as to assure that a vacant structure meets the requirements of this article, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
