1718.07 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   Any owner of a vacant structure who believes that the corrective action required of him or her pursuant to Section 1718.06 above shall have the right to appeal such decision to Town Council. The appeal shall be filed on a form prescribed by the Town within ten (10) days of having received the written notice of corrective action from the Town. Town Council shall afford the property owner a public hearing and the opportunity to explain why he or she believes the corrective action at issue is unreasonable. At the conclusion of the public hearing, Council shall determine whether the property owner’s request shall be granted. Should Council deny the relief as requested, the property owner shall be required to take the corrective action within ten (10) days of Council’s decision.
