(a) The salary of the Municipal Court Judge shall be fixed annually by the budget ordinance of the Town. All costs of operating the Municipal Court, including but not limited to the salary of the Judge and court employees, dockets, books of records, forms, furnishings and supplies, shall be paid wholly out of the funds of the Town.

(b) The salary of the Municipal Court Judge shall be set at six hundred dollars ($600.00) per month effective July 1, 2007.
