1160.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL URBAN DEER ARCHERY SEASON.

In order to control any deer overpopulation within the Town, and to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Town, there is hereby established pursuant to W. Va. C.S.R. Section 58-45-3.3.2 a special urban deer archery season.
