It is the intention of this Article that the Mayor and Council shall have supervisory power over the Municipal Administrator but such power be exercised through the Mayor. As provided for by the Town Charter, Town Council is intended to act as one body, and it is contrary to the provisions of the Charter for any of its members to individually influence or direct the performance of the Municipal Administrator's duties.
