148.06 CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.

It is the intention of this article that the Mayor shall continue to be the chief executive officer of the Town and that any of the duties of the Municipal Administrator which are considered to be the statutory duties of the Mayor shall only be exercised by the Mayor.
