1121.03 REMOVAL OF STAGNANT WATER.

It shall be the duty of the Manager to notify owners, agents or occupants of property within the Town on which there is stagnant water, to cause the same to be removed; and no owner, agent or occupant of such property shall neglect or refuse to remove the same, within the time specified in such notice.
