1121.02 SPITTING.
   (a)    No person shall spit upon the floors, walls, steps or any other part of any public building, upon the sidewalks or in any other public place.
 
   (b)    No person shall spit upon the floors, steps or any other part of any public vehicle or conveyance operated upon or over the streets or alleys of the Town.
