953.02 OWNER OF RENTAL PROPERTY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FEES FOR EACH RENTAL UNIT.

Any owner of rental property, real or personal, within the corporate limits of the Town of Granville shall be responsible for the payment of all garbage and sewage fees imposed by the Town upon each such rental unit regardless of whether or not the lease for such unit requires that the lessee be responsible for such charges.
