949.02 RATES AND CHARGES; APPLICATION FOR CONNECTION.

   (a)    Each subscriber connecting to a fire or intrusion alarm or warning system

of the Morgantown Public Safety Communication Center shall be charged the following

rates and charges:

      (1)    Installation fee: $.00

      (2)    Monthly monitoring charge: $20.00

   (b)    Application for each subscriber connection shall be made at the Police Department upon such forms as prescribed by the Mayor.
