Any person or other entity who violates any of the provisions of this article shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty days, or both. Each day any violation of this article shall continue shall constitute, except where otherwise provided, a separate offense.
