925.05 FLAT RATE CHARGES.

The monthly service charge for users occupying a residential dwelling, as defined by the Director, shall be $1.00. After August 1, 2007 the monthly service charge for a single-family residential dwelling shall be $3.63. The Town Council may, from time to time, by ordinance, change these service charges.
