The following rates or charges shall be established for the use of and service rendered by the sewer system of the Town:
(a) Rate: (Based upon the metered amount of water used)
First 2,000 gallons used per month $13.41 per 1,000 gallons Next 8,000 gallons used per month $12.53 per 1,000 gallons Next 20,000 gallons used per month $11.67 per 1,000 gallons All Over 30,000 gallons used per month $10.73 per 1,000 gallons |
(b) Minimum Charge: No bill will be rendered for less than $26.82 per month.
(c) Delayed Payment Penalty: The above tariff is net. Any account not paid in full within twenty (20) days of the date of bill, ten percent (10%) will be added to the net amount shown. This delayed payment penalty is not interest and is only to be collected once for each bill where it is appropriate.
(d) Connection Charge: $200.00
(e) Effective Date: This section shall be effective July 1, 2016.
