(EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 101.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
(a) In addition to the lien created by Section 913.09, any owner, lessee or occupant who violates any provision of Section 913.11, or fails to comply with any notice given thereunder, shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first offense and fifty dollars ($50.00) for each subsequent offense.
(b) Each twenty-four hour period that such owner, lessee or occupant violates any provision of Section 913.11 or fails to comply with any notice issued thereunder, shall constitute a separate offense.
