731.01 IMPOSITION OF TAX.

There is hereby imposed a tax upon the occupancy of hotel rooms located within the Town of Granville including, but not limited to, hotels owned by the State of West Virginia or any political subdivision of the State of West Virginia. (Passed 8-9-05)
