(a) Whoever violates Section 533.021 shall be fined fifteen dollars ($15.00). For any second or subsequent conviction for a violation occurring within one year after a previous violation for similar conduct, such person shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) Whoever violates Section 533.03(a) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
(c) Whoever violates Section 533.03(b) shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
