(a) Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be punished in accordance with Section 501.99(a) of the Town Code. Each day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
(b) As an additional remedy, nothing shall prohibit the Town from seeking judicial relief in the form of a restraining order or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in those cases in which a property owner refuses to comply with the requirements of this article or a decision by either the Town Engineer or Mayor regarding the same.
