375.03 LENDING MOTORCYCLE; SAFETY EQUIPMENT.
   No person shall rent, lease or lend any motorcycle to any person without first ascertaining that such person or passenger is equipped with safety equipment as set forth in this Traffic Code. If such person is not so equipped, he shall provide same.
