361.09 PARKING TO DISPLAY OR SELL MERCHANDISE.
   No vehicle shall be parked in the business or congested district of the Town for the purpose of displaying or selling therefrom any produce or merchandise of any kind, except between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
