356.01 VEHICLE REGULATIONS IN DESIGNATED AREAS.

   Areas designated for use by “Foot Traffic Only” shall have the following vehicle regulations:

   (a)   No person shall operate or use any vehicle, bicycle, skateboard, or rollerskates in any area designated for use by “Foot Traffic Only”.

   (b)   As used herein, “vehicle” and “bicycle” are given the meanings as set forth in Sections 301.03 and 301.47 of this Traffic Code.

   (c)   As used herein, “skateboard” and “rollerskates” means any platform with wheels attached thereto.

   (d)   Wheelchairs as defined in Section 301.48 shall be permitted in areas designated for use by “Foot Traffic Only”.

   (e)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be fined up to five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Passed 10-28-08.)
