347.06 USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE ENGINE AND COMPRESSION BRAKES.

The use of any engine brake, compression brake or mechanical brake which is activated or operated by the compression of a motor vehicle is prohibited within the Town limits. Emergency response vehicles shall be exempted from the foregoing prohibition.
