751.20 SEVERABILITY.
   If any sentence, paragraph, section or article of this article shall, for any reason, be adjudged invalid or void by any court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of the provisions of this article, but shall be confined in its operation and effect to the sentence, paragraph, section or article directly involved in the controversy in which such judgement shall have been rendered.
