(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Traffic Code for which another penalty is not provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(b) Whoever violates Section 303.01(d) shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (A.O.)
(c) Whoever violates any of the speed restrictions as contained in Article 335 for a second time within one (1) year shall be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
