1301.02 AUTHORITY.

Whereas, by act of the West Virginia State Legislature, as recorded in West Virginia Code, the governing body of any county or municipality may, by ordinance, classify the territory under its jurisdiction into districts of such number, shape, and size as it may deem best suited to carry out the purpose of zoning. (Passed 8-28-18.)
