(a) The Monongalia County Addressing Coordinator shall act as the Addressing Coordinator for the Town of Granville. The Addressing Coordinator may not, however, take any official action not expressly authorized in this Ordinance or in the 9-1-1 Addressing and Mapping Ordinance of Monongalia County, dated April 2004, without the approval of the Council of the Town of Granville.
(b) The Monongalia County Mapping Coordinator shall act as the Mapping Coordinator for the Town of Granville. The Mapping Coordinator may not, however, take any official action not expressly authorized in this article or in the 9-1-1 Addressing and Mapping Ordinance of Monongalia County, dated April 2004, without the approval of the Council of the Town of Granville.
