§ 34.01 APPLICATION.
   (A)   This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the Municipal Court of the Town of Granite, Oklahoma, as put into operation and continued by resolution, duly passed and filed in accordance with state law on and after March 25.
   (B)   To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any other ordinance of the Town of Granite, Oklahoma, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
