§ 33.05 RANDOM DRUG TESTING FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.

All city employees of the town shall be subject to random testing for drugs and controlled substances under the policy and procedure set forth and provided in the Department of Transportation Anti-Drug Program and the mandate of the Corporate Commission of the State of Oklahoma Anti-Drug Program for testing and screening.
