§ 32.002 POLICE OFFICERS.
   One or more police officers may be appointed by the Chief of Police, subject to confirmation by the Town Board of Trustees; the police officers may be removed by the Town Board of Trustees, for cause, at a regular meeting, by a majority vote of all of the Town Board members.
