§ 31.14 COMPENSATION; CHANGE OF SALARIES.
   (A)   The basic compensation of the following elected municipal officers shall be as determined by the Town Board of Trustees from time to time.
   (B)   The basic salaries of elected municipal officials shall not be changed after their election or during their term of office.
   (C)   The Town Board of Trustees may determine or regulate the number and class of officers and employees and determine or change their compensation by motion or resolution.
   (D)   Officers and employees of the town, when on official business for the town as authorized by the Mayor, Acting Mayor or the Board of Trustees, may be reimbursed for travel, lodging and meals. The compensation shall be the same as authorized for state employees by the Oklahoma Legislature or as otherwise provided by motion of the Town Board of Trustees.
