§ 153.25 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.

The Board of Trustees of the Town of Granite designates the Granite Utility Director as Floodplain Administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of National Flood Insurance Program regulations in Title 44 CFR pertaining to floodplain management.
