(A) There is created the office of Electrical Inspector for the Town of Granite, Oklahoma. The Electrical Inspector shall be appointed by the Town Board of Trustees.
(B) The Electrical Inspector shall have had experience as an electrician, shall be of good moral character and shall be knowledgeable of the approved methods of electrical construction.
(C) The Electrical Inspector shall have all of the powers and duties prescribed by the Electrical Code adopted by this code of ordinances and shall also insure that all municipal ordinances and regulations relating to electrical safety are properly enforced.
