§ 153.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.

The Legislature of the State of Oklahoma has in 11 O.S. §§ 41—47, as amended, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt ordinances designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the Town of Granite, Oklahoma, ordains the provisions of this chapter, to become effective immediately.
