§ 152.01 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The Municipal Planning Commission shall have jurisdiction over all land within the corporate limits of the Town of Granite, Oklahoma.
   (B)   The jurisdictional area of the Regional Planning Commission shall include, for the purposes of the regulation and review of land subdivision only, any lands outside the corporate limits of the Town of Granite, whose any one boundary at any point shall be at and within a distance of three miles from the corporate limits of said community.
