(A) The health and/or inspection officers are authorized and directed to make inspections to determine the condition of mobile home and travel trailer parks located within the town in order to perform their duty of safeguarding the health and safety of occupants of mobile home parks and of the general public.
(B) The health officer shall have the power to inspect the outside premises of private or public property for the purposes of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of this chapter or of regulations promulgated thereunder.
(C) The health and/or inspection officer shall have the power to inspect the register containing a record of all mobile homes and occupants using the park.
(D) It shall be the duty of every occupant of a park to give the owner thereof, or his or her agent or employee, access to any part of such mobile home or travel trailer park or their premises at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations adopted thereunder or with any lawful order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
