§ 150.05 COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep stacked in or within 100 feet of any building in the fire limits any hay, cotton, loose lumber or other combustible material, nor shall any such material be moved from one place to another within the Fire Limits District without written permission of the President of the Board of Trustees.
