(A) It shall be unlawful in the town for any person to possess laser pointing devices at any sporting event or school function. This section shall not apply to those persons authorized to use the devices by the sponsoring school or organization responsible for the event.
(B) It shall be unlawful in the Town of Granite for any person under the age of 18 years to use or possess any laser pointing device for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was designed.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of divisions (A) and (B) of this section, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100.
